Spoil a Dog Terms and Conditions
This Terms and Conditions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Spoil a Dog (“Spoil a Dog”, “we”, or “us”) and you (“you” or “user”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of the Spoil a Dog website and services (collectively, the “Services”). You agree to be bound by this Agreement by accessing or using the Services. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Services.
1. General
a. Eligibility: To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with us.

2. Toy Purchases
Availability: The availability of toys for purchase is subject to change without notice. We try to keep our website updated with accurate inventory information, but there may be rare occasions when a toy is no longer available. If a toy you have chosen is unavailable, we will select a similar and quality toy to replace it. However, please note that no refunds will be available for an unavailable toy.
b. Pricing: The prices of toys listed on our website are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed at the time of purchase will be the applicable prices.
c. Toy Descriptions: We try to provide accurate descriptions and images of the toys available for purchase. However, please note that minor variations may occur in the toys received due to availability or other factors.
a. Refunds: Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Once a toy is purchased, it is dispatched to a dog shelter. If a dog you have chosen to spoil is no longer there, rest assured that your purchased toys will be given to the next deserving dog needing joy in its life. Hence, no refunds will be available in any event.
b. Returns: As all the toys are sent straight to the dog shelters, we have no infrastructure to handle or process returns. Since the toys can’t be returned, we advise you to take your time choosing and purchasing a toy sincerely. Every toy you send will bring a moment of happiness to a shelter dog.
c. Exceptions: In rare cases, if you have made an unexpected payment in error, please get in touch with our customer support team. We will investigate the matter and decide on a case-by-case basis.
4. Privacy
a. Personal Information: We respect and prioritize the privacy of our users. Our Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the limited circumstances in which we may share it with third parties. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SPOIL A DOG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF SPOIL A DOG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
b. SPOIL A DOG’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SERVICES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR THE PURCHASE OF TOYS.
6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules of [your preferred arbitration institution].
