At Spoil a Dog, we are completely dedicated to providing happiness and joy for our beloved four-legged friends in shelters. Our goods and services are based on generosity and kindness. Our business model is unique in terms of purchases and fulfilment.

All of our toys purchased are directly sent to dog shelters. Since we are providing this service purely for the benefit of dogs, we regret that we cannot offer a traditional refund or return policy.

REFUNDS:

Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Once a toy is purchased, it is dispatched to a furry friend in a shelter. If a dog you have chosen to spoil is no longer there because it has been rehomed or due to any other unfortunate circumstance, rest assured that your purchased toys will be given to the next deserving dog needing joy in its life. Hence, no refunds will be available in any event since the purpose of the purchase automatically gets fulfilled.

RETURNS:

As all the toys are sent straight to the dog shelters, we have no infrastructure to handle or process returns. Since the toys can’t be returned, we advise you to take your time choosing and purchasing a toy sincerely. We believe that every toy you send will bring a moment of happiness to a shelter dog.

EXCEPTIONS:

In rare cases, if you have mistakenly made an unexpected payment, please get in touch with our customer support team. We will investigate the matter and decide on a case-by-case basis.
